Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of AnyKalam. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

1. Digital codes

Unredeemed digital codes can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Once a code has been revealed or activated, it is non-refundable in line with global digital-goods policy.

2. Physical discs

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be in its original sealed packaging.
• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or wrong title, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@anykalam.com with your order ID and a brief description. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
